Are we regulated to a download of two files at a time ? I have Charter 100mbps and the speed is fine, regardless of how many I try to download, only two files at a time actually start. The rest of them just...buffer ? but not d/l. Im gonna try Verizon Mob Hotspot to see if there is a diff
