@today what Terms and Conditions i never seen none wrote here ? This site owns RapidRAR. I don't see none there there ether only a Terms of service and that apply to you. telling you they can cancel or restrict you as they see fit or even help the investigate you and it plainly states on there download pages your download traffic is limited if your a free user.
