No one is going to re-encode you a release with HC English for Non English parts and they is no propers because the scene don't this show most likely because they no subs for Non English parts.

RMTeam releases are fine but there automated and done a bot but if there source have something missing it going to be missing from the sites releases too and it up to the end user to fix it .

What you do is you go to subscene and download the Foreign parts only subs from SUB-ENTITLED and you use mkvtoolnix and mux the subs to your mkv .

Ya well that just sucks. I dont watch shows on a computer or phone and my tv does not play external sub files even while streaming. There were propers for prior releases without English subs after they were added. I dont understand why the scene has gotten so frickin lazy, sloppy and apathetic the past few years. Guess its a sign of the times.

That the same argument people had when the scene stop encoding XViD avi in favor of H264. People said there outdated TV players and PCs would not play h264 and that was like 2012. Then people complained when the switch to MKV only TV shows because there outdated players only played MP4.

Hard Coded Subs is something P2P groups done back in the XViD avi days . Today its not considered a proper release because there is more languages than just English many releases the scene release have subs for more than one language muxed in the mkv . It's a rule in the scene that all subs present in the source must be in the there release .

HC subs cause watermarks on the release if the audio is your native language it looks bad and if it not if you need some other language sub it blurs out other subs .

A cheap Android TV Box that you can play subs on and hevc is only is like only 100 dollars , A good one is only 200. So you need to update your stuff like those people in 2012 needed too.

PS: None of the releases I have has hard-coded subs and many other releases didn't have them ether . That why they was posting the subs for non English parts on subscene I muxed subs to 9 out of 10 eps because there was one ep that was English only.

@Katmando My Smart TV is less than 2 years old. I know technology wise that is a little dated as fast as things are moving but its not that old. I have hardcoded subs for this show on every ep except the last 2. I understand the show wasnt captured in the States anymore so that was the problem I just wondered why the person(s) that added English subs for the first 8 eps in S2 didnht bother to add them for the last 2 episodes. Thats what I mean by general mindset now a days.

My Rips came from PSARips and none of them had HC subs for Russian parts only . Back when they released Itunes WEB-DL TV shows they had HC Subs . HDTV most the time have HC subs

The scene didn't do CONDOR P2P did so it was your source didn't OCR HC on them .

Amazon WEB-DL and Netflix never have HC subs I be adding subs all the time for one this site is ran by a bot so they take the 1st sub out the MKV and it not English then you have to go find the right sub besides they use @SS subs here so i remove them and add srt subs or i convert them in to srt subs if i cant find them, because they ones the bots use are too small for me.

I dl all 5 seasons of Rita (Netflix) today it's Danish audio all of them had @ss soft subs. Also I dl High Score S01 all of the re-encodes had Arabic subs and I need English Subs for the Japanese so i had get the subs from a sub site . Only 2 shows didn't have Japanese in them. You must not watch much foreign shows or Netflix shows .

I watch Korean Drama/Comedies/Movies ALL the time on Netflix and the occasional Japanese and Russian shows as well. The Netflix I subscribe to in German speaking Europe ALWAYS have English subs ALWAYS.
