I wouldn't say redundant. Web-dl typically have logos and tv ratings cluttering up the screen. Webrips don't. Totally agree about 720p through. Hard to believe no one has ripped at that size. And RMTeam only converts down to 480p.

I have never seen a web-dl with logos, etc. Ones that say just web are the redundant ones with all the screen crap still on them.

I agree totally, 720 web-dl or webrip hevc is the perfect combination for me and often it takes days for them to get put up, if at all.

Agree, 720p x265 should be the standard. PSA gets it. :-)

Web-dls from the production/distribution company's site (AMC, CBS, SyFy, etc) will have logos. Some are discreet (AMC), some are huge (SyFy). Web-dls from Amazon, Netflix, etc, are very rare due to difficulty. Most of those sites are ripped. Both types from those sites are generally logo-free.
