Just garbage. Why upload it at all, let alone reupload twice?

The "Xvid-DARG" in the name is probably the source, so a blury XVid of a cam with hard Chinese subs was reencoded to AVC and deceptively labelled an R6.

Lesson learned: skip any and all "R6 webrips".
