What's the idea of:
"Video resolution : 640x480 (16:9)"

16:9 should be 852x480.
If the display aspect ratio is set to 16:9 it will look okay, but the normal way (the way everyone else does it) is just to encode with "square pixels" rather than anamorphic. And some players ignore the DAR anyway.
