CBS decided to skip episode 4 as it dealt with terrorism. This Thanksgiving episode was originally scheduled to air next week so it is technically episode 5 even though it is only the 4th episode aired.
The groups who release the shows have decided to call this S01E05 because that is what it was intended to air. Whenever the real S01E04 airs called "How Does She Do It?" they'll supposedly label it S01E04 no matter if it airs next week or next month.
