OK, after downloading this a few days ago, I finally ran it. It turns out that it DOES have English subtitles in addition to Russian or French spoken language. Both of those are dubbed! I think this was originally in English anyway. I say that because one of the main actors is that guy that's showing up in all the British gangster films and has been for decades, Vinnie Jones.
