There for people who don't want download tiny 720p mini mkv because they don't look good at low birates .

SD BRIP/BDRip done the scene and p2p at smaller file sises for those don't have the bandwidth and/or storage space.

Or they may have a slow processor that don't play bluray and there are some that just prefer them that way .
